Oats help to fight against alopecia (most commonly found in black women) which can cause hair loss. 

Honey is a natural sweetener as well as an amazing humectant. Humectants help to reduce the loss of moisture in the hair! Tired of dry hair? Increase the amount of humectants you use in your hair products as well as in your daily diet.

Almond milk is already found in a lot of hair products for a reason, it’s a great source of protein! Protein helps to strengthen damaged hair and reduce the likelihood of split ends.

Cacao Morning Smoothie Recipe:

1/2 cup of cacao powder 
1 cup of oats 
1/2 cup of almond milk 
*Add honey for sweetness 
11-12 ice cubes

*Blend for 3-5 minutes until oats are blended.
